    Submit your resume through the online form on our website. If you really want to butter us up, don't forget to include a cover letter.

  • We get in touch

    We review and evaluate your application. If we see a match, we will contact you as soon as possible to schedule an exploratory interview. We will also let you know if your training or experience do not fully match the position you applied for.

  • First interview

    You get your first taste of the unique Agristo vibe during the initial interview. Your HR contact will explore your motivation, experience, competencies and ambitions.

  • Second round

    If the initial interview goes well, you will soon have an interview with the supervisor of the department for which you are applying. Depending on the position, we may ask you to complete an online assessment to be sure that you are a good fit.
