Got an interview at Agristo?

Here's how to maximize your chances of getting a great job

Interviewing for a job that you are interested in is always a little exciting.

Interviewing for a job that you are interested in is always a little exciting. Here are five tips to increase your chances of success during your meeting with Agristo.
  • Be on time

A good first impression makes all the difference. Plan ahead and arrive on time for your interview. Try to arrive up to fifteen minutes early. This shows that you are punctual and saves you a lot of stress. It also gives you time to go over your preparation.

  • Know what you are applying for

It may sound obvious, but have you thought about how to match your skills to the specific requirements cited in the job posting? Try to think of examples from your current and previous experiences that are applicable to the job you want, and convince us how you can add value.

  • Dare to be open and honest

In the Potatoverse, we strive for every Potatoholic to be themselves. Don’t worry about embellishing your skills and achievements. No need. If there are any points or requirements in the job posting that you do not fully meet, don't let it slow you down. We value drive and willingness to improve over existing skills. We are happy to give you the chance to learn the things you don’t know yet.

  • We are highly enthusiastic

Your motivation to apply to Agristo may be partly fueled by your desire to leave your current job, and that is okay. However, put any negative feelings aside during the interview and show us positively why you want to become a Potatoholic. Agristo is all about feeling good and positivity.

  • Don’t be afraid to ask questions

Yes, you are going to love it at Agristo — we can already answer that question. But you undoubtedly also have some more concrete questions. What will your workday look like, who will you be working with, what prospects and advancement opportunities are on the table? Fire off any questions you may have; we are happy to answer them.

Good luck!
