Life at Agristo

Tilburg Eyes on the Future

From history to the future, in a single image

This year we’re celebrating a special milestone: 40 years of Agristo and 25 years of Agristo Tilburg. It’s a wonderful moment to reflect on our history, our growth, and, above all, the people who contribute to it every day.

Wielsbeke Eyes on the Future

A one-of-a-kind study spot… surrounded by fries 🍟

At Agristo, we always keep our eyes on the future. That also means staying connected with future generations. That’s why, twice a year, we open up our Silent Space to students during exam season.

Building teams & connections

Great teams don’t just happen – we build them, together. At Agristo, we believe in the power of connection, trust and shared experiences. That’s why every team gets the chance to organise their own teambuilding moment, in their own unique way. Because strong bonds lead to stronger results.

Bee sustainable 🐝🍯

At Agristo, sustainability begins with the smallest workers — our bees. On our sites in Harelbeke and Wielsbeke, we maintain beehives that not only produce honey, but also help raise awareness about biodiversity. The way bees work together in balance with nature is a powerful symbol of how we strive to operate as a company: connected, efficient and respectful of our environment.

Blood donation @Agristo

Through regular blood donation initiatives, our Potatoholics step up to support those in need. It's a simple gesture with a life-saving impact — and a powerful example of how we live our values, together. Whether you're a first-time donor or a seasoned regular, every contribution counts.

Sport inside & outside the Potatoverse

At Agristo, staying active is more than just a hobby – it’s part of our culture. Whether it’s a walking challenge between colleagues, a group workout session or a spontaneous game of football, we believe movement boosts not only your body, but also your team spirit. Sport brings energy, balance and connection – both inside and outside the Potatoverse.
