Drive is what keeps us going every single day. Not just to make the best potato products, but to bring out the best in each other. At Agristo, we believe that strong teams are built on trust, fun and taking initiative. That’s why every team gets complete freedom and a dedicated budget to organize their own teambuilding activity once a year.
Anything goes
An afternoon of kayaking, an escape room challenge, a pizza night, or even a homemade quiz at the office? It’s all possible. There’s no fixed format, no standard package – we trust our people to take the lead, tap into their own organisational skills and create something great together. The result? Unique ideas and stronger team bonds.
Sometimes two colleagues team up to surprise the rest. Sometimes it’s the team manager who plans a fun day out. Next year, the roles might switch. Every team is in charge of their own experience and that makes the fun even better!
