Getting everyone on board
A new platform only works if everyone feels confident using it. That’s why we brought our myAgristo ambassadors, in bright yellow T-shirts (of course 😉), straight to the break rooms. Across all our sites, they were there to help colleagues install the app, log in and explore the platform. Step by step, at everyone’s own pace.
Because real change only works when no one is left behind. And we made sure of that.
Open to change - also in communication
In the past, any news or updates had to go through marketing before it could be shared in the Fryday Flash. But that bottleneck is now gone. A select group of Potatoholics can now publish directly to myAgristo. Fast, personal and without delay. It’s communication that flows from the inside out.
Marketing is still here to support and advise, but internal news now truly has many voices.
