This year we’re celebrating a special milestone: 40 years of Agristo and 25 years of Agristo Tilburg. It’s a time to look back on what we’ve built together, but above all, to look ahead. Because as true Potatoholics, we know there’s always room to keep growing, learning, and improving.
But how do you tell the story of 25 years of Agristo Tilburg? For us, it all started with a dream.
The foundation for this illustration was laid during The Agristo Tilburg 2030 Dream. Colleagues from various teams came together to reflect on the future of our site. They engaged in discussions during a series of sessions. What are we proud of? What makes Agristo Tilburg unique? What challenges have we overcome? And where do we want to go together?
From all those conversations, a single shared ambition emerged: Masters of making fries. A dream that doesn’t belong to just one department or one person, but is supported by colleagues throughout the entire organization. Or, as we like to say at Agristo: Potatoholics.
With the dream put into words on paper, a new chapter began. Once again, colleagues from different teams came together—but this time with markers, paper, and a healthy dose of creativity.
Under guidance, we learned to draw and got to work on themes that define Agristo Tilburg. The walls quickly filled with sketches about safety, collaboration, innovation, our history, and the field-to-fork story. Everyone contributed their own ideas and experiences, which, step by step, created a complete picture of who we are and what we stand for.
The various sketches eventually came together to form one large illustration where the past, present, and future converge. From our early years in Tilburg to the ambitions that are guiding us toward 2030: each element tells a part of our story.
The illustration was officially unveiled during Agristo’s 25th-anniversary celebration in Tilburg. It was a special moment when colleagues looked back together on what we’ve built and looked ahead to the future.
The illustration is therefore much more than a work of art. It is a visual summary of who we are, where we come from, and where we are headed together. A story that shows what is possible when colleagues from different teams work together toward a single shared dream.
Because moving forward starts with knowing where you come from. And the brightest future is built together.
