Meet Maggie
Meet Maggie, 47 years old and a dedicated Potatoholic since early 2017. When she started in the ICT team as an operational SAP and MES expert, she had one application colleague. Today, she co-leads a team of 25 alongside a fellow manager. Not only has her team grown, but she has also grown personally and professionally. Along with her, the ICT architecture and expertise have expanded.

Maggie was introduced to Agristo through an acquaintance who spoke about the company in glowing terms. "Seeing is believing," she thought. Seven years later, she is still a believer. She believes in Agristo, in her team, and most importantly, in herself. But where does she draw the most energy from? Her professional team with the Agristo DNA. Every employee has their own personality and talent, yet they form one cohesive unit. "You all seem like brothers and sisters," a consultant once remarked. It's a compliment she still cherishes. Despite the high pressure, it is precisely the familial and driven atmosphere that brings out the best in everyone.
Grow together
Maggie looks back with gratitude on the path she has walked over the past seven years, one marked by growth in many areas. She was promoted to manager after just one year, and today she looks forward to a further strategic role. It’s a journey in which she feels securely supported by Agristo. Meanwhile, the ICT department and architecture have also grown under her wings. Processes became more complex, ICT applications more modern and innovative, and the team stronger—and above all, more cohesive. It’s something Maggie is proud of, although she doesn’t take the credit. "I plant the seeds and listen to them a lot. From that safe foundation, they naturally flourish."
