Positive family atmosphere
I began my career at Agristo eleven years ago. I felt the positive and family atmosphere and was immediately convinced it was the perfect match! After several years as a logistics employee, a position became available within the sales team, and I took the chance. The dynamics and hands-on mentality appealed to me tremendously. Agristo encourages internal mobility, and there are plentiful options within a growing company. We started with three, and we now have a team of fifteen colleagues.
I am still learning every day!
We have customers from the US, Spain, Australia and more. The whole world is our playing field. Working for a global player also poses challenges. Our job is not just selling; we also need to think about strategies and find out-of-the-box solutions. This requires a thorough knowledge of the markets, competitors, production processes, and other cultures. It is challenging to always stay informed in a changing world, but also incredibly rewarding.
