What will you be doing at Agristo?

As a packaging technician, you are responsible for the optimal technical functioning of the packaging lines.

Firstly, you provide the necessary preventive maintenance of the installations, so that any technical problems can be detected in time and the continuous good operation of the installation can be ensured.
In addition, you skillfully repair malfunctions in installations, so that packaging downtimes can be minimized.
A correct fault analysis and adequate repair are crucial to this. Thanks to your broad technical knowledge in the fields of electricity, electronics, measurement & control technology, PLC controls, mechanics, etc., you provide the necessary technical assistance to team leaders and packaging operators, so that our machines can be used optimally.
You are directed by the head of the technical packaging service and are in very close contact with the packaging manager, the process engineer for packaging, the team leaders for packaging, and the packaging operators.

This is where you recognize yourself:

You have a technical education (bachelor's degree, A2 training, or equivalent through experience) and have a pronounced interest in technology.
You strongly prefer to have several years of relevant work experience as a technician, within a production or packaging environment. Naturally, experience within a food company is a strong asset.
You are willing to work in a two-shift system (5 am-1 pm / 1 pm-9 pm).
Safety, order & cleanliness, discipline, and punctuality characterize you.
