Your first day
Your first day at Agristo starts with a warm welcome. Your HR contact will provide a detailed explanation of the ins and outs of Agristo and introduce you to our values, practical agreements and policies. We also give you some useful and fun goodies that will come in handy on and off the job.
After that, your supervisor takes the helm. You will complete a personalized induction program, which will give you time and direction to familiarize yourself with your duties during the first few weeks.
If you have any questions about your tasks and responsibilities, or if you have any practical and general questions, ask your Potato Buddy. Your buddy is there for you as a listening ear, your Agristo guide and a great colleague with whom you can just have a chat.
