What will you be doing at Agristo?
- Process Management: You are responsible for the entire packaging process, from frozen fries to a fully palletized and packaged product.
- Operation and Adjustment: You provide first-line support for any issues on the line, make adjustments when necessary, and continuously expand your technical knowledge of our processes.
- Planning & Coordination: You monitor and adjust the packaging schedule, coordinating its execution with the team leader to meet the planned goals.
- Cleanliness and Hygiene: You ensure a clean and organized work environment by overseeing and coordinating cleaning tasks.
- Material Management: You are responsible for the timely ordering and availability of necessary materials, such as film, cardboard, and spices.
- Problem Solving: You proactively identify issues in the packaging process and take corrective actions to ensure continuity.
- Administrative Support: You perform administrative tasks, such as reporting incidents and documenting process information.
- Packaging Testing: You assist in and conduct packaging process tests in collaboration with Agristo colleagues.
- Knowledge Sharing: You contribute to the development of instructions and training materials and support knowledge transfer within the team.
- Employee Guidance: You mentor and support team members, helping them enhance their skills and knowledge.

This is where you recognize yourself:
- You have solid experience as a packaging operator in the food industry or have already gained experience in a coordinating role.
- You possess technical and process insight.
- You have a problem-solving mindset, are not afraid to critically assess existing processes, and take initiative to implement improvements.
- You speak Dutch, French, or English and are willing to communicate with colleagues who speak different languages.
