Maintenance technicien Two shifts

As a maintenance technician, you're passionate about ensuring the reliability and efficiency of our machines and installations. Your objective? To ensure smooth operation and minimise downtime.

• Set an example by following the prescribed guidelines and procedures for a (food) safe, environmentally friendly and orderly working environment.
• As a technician, you recognise potential problems before they cause breakdowns. You report these observations accurately, enabling us to act proactively and minimise unscheduled downtime.
• You carry out planned maintenance tasks, such as inspections, lubrications, adjustments and replacements.
• You will work closely with our operational teams and your technical colleagues to optimise the maintenance plan.
• You will provide the necessary support and follow-up to external collaborators to ensure that their contribution is effective and efficient. In addition, you will mentor technical trainees and new employees to help them progress in their role.
• You will keep accurate records of maintenance work carried out, using the maintenance software (Ultimo).

• You have technical training or equivalent experience.
• You have several years' experience as a technician and a passion for technology.
• You have knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
• You have a proactive attitude.
• You have logical thinking and good problem-solving skills, enabling you to work independently.
• You are a team player who contributes to smooth communication and collective success.
• You speak Dutch, French or English and are prepared to understand colleagues who speak other languages.
• You are prepared to work in a 2-shift system.
