Quality in every bite – that’s where you come in! As a QC Employee, you are our critical eye on the production floor. With your attention to detail and hands-on approach, you ensure that our products consistently stand out.

What will you be doing at Agristo?

You are our quality hero, continuously inspecting our products and processes. You love navigating the production floor, collecting samples to test in the lab (color, taste, dimensions…).
You meticulously record your findings in our digital systems (Word, Excel, or specific software) and detect deviations faster than the speed of light.
If you spot a deviation in process parameters or product values, you take the lead: you inform your colleagues in production and take immediate action, such as blocking products.
In addition to being a true Potatoholic, you are a quality ambassador: you confidently address colleagues on incorrect procedures or incidents that you identify with your keen eye during your daily factory rounds.
You dive deep into identifying the causes of non-conformities and take the initiative to implement structural improvements. Once a month, you enthusiastically participate in the QC team meeting.

This is where you recognize yourself:

You have a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience. Experience in the food industry? That’s a big plus!
Critical thinking and attention to detail are in your DNA. Working with precision is second nature to you.
Quality, order, and hygiene are your top priorities.
Digital systems don’t scare you, and you have a solid foundation in Office tools.
Dutch and French? Check! You express yourself fluently in both languages.
Sitting still all day? Not your thing! You thrive in a dynamic production environment.
After a training period during the week, you transition to a bridge shift (weekends & public holidays alternating between day shifts 5 AM – 5 PM and night shifts 5 PM – 5 AM).
