As a Supply Chain Coordinator, you will dive into the end-to-end production chain. Through your insight into the various departments and processes, you ensure stability and continuity in production with the goal of maximum valorization.

What will you be doing at Agristo?

You report hierarchically to the planning manager and work closely with colleagues from potato reception, production and packing.

Through your continuous presence throughout the various departments starting with potato reception, you get a good overview of the ongoing production. This allows you to make timely adjustments and decisions to guarantee the continuity of production.
In case of deviations in the process, you ensure a central, overarching coordination with the various departments in order to handle these as efficiently as possible.
You are in close consultation with the planning department and adjust the planning where necessary.
You do a close follow-up of the various processes within the departments. Through this involvement you are able to make concrete improvement proposals with a view to optimization.
You take on a coaching role for employees in potato reception, production and packing.

This is where you recognize yourself:

You have a good understanding of various logistics processes and bring a critical eye with an eye toward optimization. Experience in a food production environment is a big plus.
You attach great importance to safety, health, hygiene and the environment and always act with these values in mind.
You have good interactive and communication skills, with which you can easily build a constructive relationship with all stakeholders involved.
You have an eye for detail and strong problem-solving skills. You are able to make quick decisions and come up with practical solutions.
